What happens if no-one in my team crosses the finish line after 12 hours (9pm) ?
Once a rider in your team has completed one lap your team will get a result. There is no requirement for a rider in your team to cross the line after 9:00PM.What if my team mate or I has a mechanical out on the course and can't ride any more ?
You can send a replacement rider out on the course at any time. The replacement rider must check
in at the Start/Finish tent before starting the lap. Any replacement rider must follow the exact course. No short cuts to reach stranded riders. If you are NOT the active rider then please DO NOT pass through the Timing Tent at any time (or at least cover your number and let the Timing Staff know that you are not active).
Can I bring my caravan or campervan ?
Yes you can. There is lots of open space for camping at the Pushys Rosewhite 12 Hour. We simply ask that if you are bringing in a large vehicle that you do not park it close to the course.

Personal camp fires are not permitted but if there are no fire restrictions at the time, we will have a designated communal camp fire for all to enjoy.

How do I find the Pushys Rosewhite 12 Hour site ?
'MTB RACE' signs will be in place from the Friday at Dederang on the Kiewa Valley Hwy, C531 (head towards Mount Beauty from Albury/Wodonga in the north) OR Ovens (just past Myrtleford towards Bright) on the Great Alpine Rd (B500) from the south. The Rosewhite 12 Hour is on Happy Valley Rd (C534) at the corner of Byers Lane. Follow the 'MTB Race' signs to the event site.
Do I need to bring bike lights ?
Yes, at least one of your team members must head out before sunset with a bike light fitted to your helmet and/or bike. Please make sure they are fully charged before you arrive. Lights can be charged if needed at the event site. Sunset is just before 8pm so if you continue doing a lap just before the finish at 9pm, you will need up to an hours additional lighting power.
I would like to volunteer or I have a friend or family member that can help out ?
We can never have too many volunteers at an event and we encourage anyone to help us where possible. Even an hour is invaluable. Jobs may include marshalling at a checkpoint on the course (no skills required), helping with timing or other odd jobs. All volunteers will be rewarded according to how much time they can help us for. There's at least a free food and drink and possibly clothing (t-shirts) available for those who assist. Please e-mail Paul - email@example.com or make yourself known at the registration/timing tent on the race weekend if you are able to volunteer.
